The flat is located at the second floor of an old condominium building, situated at the beginning of the Sorrento Coast. 

The renovation intends to increase the functionality the internal spaces throughout the demolition of the existing partitions and re-positioning of all technical facilities into the distribution areas.

The project will be constructed using a reduced palette of material finishes:

oak flooring and furniture, marble planes, plasterboard walls and ceilings, colored tiles into the wet areas only.

A ceiling drop into the distribution areas becomes the opportunity to express the hierarchy of the spaces.
